Resolved - Our streaming infrastructure team identified an issue affecting one of our streaming nodes - resulting in an single edge server drop and partial audience loss across all streaming stacks.

We do not expect any long term disruption as the - our team will investigate the root cause of the issue to ensure measures are in place to avoid any such recurrance of this issue. We shall continue to monitor the service to ensure continued stability.

Scheduled - We have been notified of upstream maintenance taking place at one of our network providers. To prepare for this, we’ll be carrying out work to ensure an alternative network route is used.

What’s happening?
Ahead of the provider’s maintenance window, we’ll temporarily reroute traffic through an alternative network path to ensure uninterrupted service. Once their work is complete, normal routing will be restored.

Impact
No disruption to live streams or services is expected. This is a standard precautionary step to maintain stability while upstream maintenance takes place.

Resolved - Engineers identified a database lockup in our backend systems which caused disruption to Portal access, reporting, and some scheduled recordings. Listener streams were not affected. Services have been fully restored and stability confirmed following a period of monitoring. The root cause is under investigation, and follow-up actions will be taken to prevent recurrence.
