We will be carrying out a planned update to the monitoring software that keeps track of live stream health and performance.
What’s changing?
This release brings all versions in line across our systems. It includes improvements to how streams are tracked, how mounts are displayed, and adds support for newer ingest types. Behind the scenes, we’ve also improved testing and reporting so issues can be identified and resolved more quickly.
Impact
We don’t expect any disruption to live streams during this maintenance. The update has already been thoroughly tested on our development systems. There may be brief blips in monitoring availability as the update is performed.
Exclusions
A small number of servers (including premium ingests) will remain on their current version for the time being and will not be part of this upgrade.
