Purpose of Maintenance: We’re making improvements to how notifications (notifiables) are managed in Portal. A recent update now allows a single notifiable to be assigned to multiple stations, rather than being limited to one per station. To streamline your experience and reduce duplication, we’ll be consolidating identical notifiables into a single shared entry.
This consolidation is based on matching configuration settings (excluding station-specific details). Where duplicates are found, they’ll be merged into one notifiable linked to all relevant stations. For most users, this means you’ll only need to update one notifiable in future, instead of editing each station individually.
Expected Impact: We do not expect impact as we have performed a dry run of the process. However given the complexity of the deduplication and the scale of the operation we have a rollback plan in place in case anything goes wrong.
