Incident affecting on-demand audio playback
Resolved - The issue affecting playback of on-demand audio assets hosted on Timbre has been resolved.

Playback of listen-again audio and podcasts has been restored and services are operating normally.

Timbre will be placed into maintenance mode during the maintenance window and will be temporarily unavailable to users. A short period of service interruption is expected while the changes are applied.

Ingest Connection Disruptions
Resolved - At approximately 10:44 UTC, a brief connectivity disruption affected a number of SharpStream ingest services, resulting in some contribution feeds disconnecting.

Most affected connections recovered automatically within a few minutes, with a small number taking longer to reconnect.

All affected services have now reconnected and are operating normally. No further customer impact is expected.

Our team will continue to review the event internally to understand the cause and inform any appropriate follow-up actions.
