During this window, we will be applying configuration updates to core network equipment to optimise routing and prepare additional network capacity for future expansion.

Customer Impact:
No service interruption is expected.

As with any network maintenance, brief routing adjustments may occur while changes are applied, but we do not anticipate any customer-facing disruption.

We will complete the work as quickly as possible within the maintenance window and continue to monitor services throughout.

Ingest Bfeeds configuration optimisation Mar 11, 2026 23:00 - Mar 12, 2026 02:00 UTC

During this window, we will be deploying an efficiency improvement to our ingest infrastructure, focusing on the bfeeds (backup) ingests. As part of the update, there may be a brief interruption of approximately 1–2 minutes to connections to Bfeeds ingest servers.

We will aim to complete the work as quickly as possible within the maintenance window and minimise any disruption.

Scheduled - In this window we will be updating to our stream monitoring software on our ingest server to improve performance and fix identified bugs.

There may be some briefs blips in monitoring availability during this time. Given the sensitivity of this work as it impacts our ingest server stacks, we will be using an extended deployment window as sufficient monitoring time to ensure stability after deployment.

Monitoring - We are aware of a number of scheduled events due to record from Timbre have failed to record as planned. Our team have identified the issue relates to a storage error on our on-demand server.

This issue is now resolved and we can confirm all recording due to start after 11:05am 24/02/26 are expected to record successfully.

We will work to manually restore missing recordings - if you believe a recording is missing that you would like our team to restore, please contact our support team support@sharp-stream.com
