Update
Our engineers will be performing maintenance to essential servers during the following maintenance period: 16 October 2024 22:00 - 02:00 UTC.
The aim of this maintenance is to upgrade essential servers. While mitigation action will be performed ahead of the maintenance window, there is a risk of total network disruption.
This maintenance window will also include work on the Premium Ingests to make improvements to the stability and resilience of the service. During this time, encoders will disconnect from the Premium servers. Once the work is completed, Engineers will review all services to ensure reconnections have been established.
