Some streaming nodes that were slated to be included in this maintenance were identified to be ineligible for the monitoring update. These will require an additional maintenance at a later date once they are running on the correct version. This includes all streaming ingests.

Dear Customers,
Due to a clerical error, the Monitoring Software update should have been scheduled for tonight (between 1:00am and 2:00am UTC), but the maintenance window in the original communication (and subsequent automated communications) falsely indicated this work was happening last night.
Due to the predicted low impact of this work, we do plan to carry out a maintenence window tonight at the original intended time. We understand this is short notice so if you have any concerns at all please feel free to contact us at support@sharp-stream.com
Maintenance: Monitoring Software update
We will be carrying out a planned update to the monitoring software that keeps track of live stream health and performance.
What’s changing? This release brings all versions in line across our systems. It includes improvements to how streams are tracked, how mounts are displayed, and adds support for newer ingest types. Behind the scenes, we’ve also improved testing and reporting so issues can be identified and resolved more quickly.
Impact We don’t expect any disruption to live streams during this maintenance. The update has already been thoroughly tested on our development systems. There may be brief blips in monitoring availability as the update is performed.
Exclusions A small number of servers (including premium ingests) will remain on their current version for the time being and will not be part of this upgrade.
