An Engineer will be carrying out physical inspection and maintenance work on network equipment within our data centre today. This includes work on a Switch and Router that also houses connections for parts of our wider customer base.
While this work is not expected to impact customer services, there is a small risk of interruption if equipment is inadvertently affected during the maintenance window. Our team will be proceeding with caution and monitoring all systems closely throughout.
We will provide updates here once the on-site assessment is complete and confirm when the activity has concluded safely.
